Really elegant stuff. Perfect balance, good length. As with brandy, quality has a lot to do with length of time in barrel, so one can only expect so much of a mid range bottling-it simply doesn't and can't have the concentration and length of the really old and expensive stuff. But for the price, it's at the top of the heap I think. Taste profile is actually more like fino, imo, than amontillado, then in the background hints of olorosoish caramel and walnuts.
