- Been some time since I have had this in my possession, but when I did I bought it by the case. It is a wonderful grape which found growing in the wild without cultivation for hundreds of years. Emilio Bulfon found these wonderful vines and now produces wine such as this. Great fruit forward red. Lots of bright red berry flavors i.e. red, sunbaked cherries, mashed raspberries, maybe a hint of pomegranate...It is accompanied by a subtle minerality which nicely closes the wine off on the palate. It is a beautiful bright ruby red with a nice rim of amaranth. This is medium bodied and has a small-moderate read more...
