The aroma is amazing. It smells just like a fresh, new raincoat. But really, this is an awesome scent, IMO. For a Sauvignon Blanc, it's really not bad at all. But I just don't prefer them, so my 3 cup rating is a compromise between my 2-cup preference, and the 4-cup expectation of Eco Balance S.Blanc compared to other S.Blancs. On the bottle, it mentions Lush Grapefruits, Juicy Pears, and Lemon zest. The taste of grapefruit is very very mild, while its taste more like a pear that's been influenced by a grapefruit-lemon hybrid, keeping the tang of the lemon, with a hint of grapefruit taste - all within a taste of sweet pears in a dry wine.
