Drinkbaar, lekker strak, geen vette chardonnay maar wel stevig. Blijft overeind als hij gedronken wordt in combinatie een pittige maaltijd. Bij Albert H. een prima prijs betaald

Brilliant light yellow in color with aromas that recall tropical fruits, such as pineapple as well as peaches and herbal and mineral notes. Very well balanced and flavorful on the palate with respect to its natural acidity.

Rafael and José Guilisasti were visionaries in the late 1990s when they saw that the market was beginning to change and that consumers worldwide were becoming more aware of the products they were consuming, not only for health reasons, but also with respect to their social and environmental impact. They therefore asked winemaking consultant Alvaro Espinoza to join them in the process of converting a conventional Chilean winery into one that was 100% organic and biodynamic with the firm objective of creating wines of the highest quality with great respect for nature. Now, after more than a decade, what began as a dream has become a complete portfolio of wines backed by major national and international awards and recognition and that meet the new need of today’s consumers. Adobe Chardonnay shows a clean and transparent light yellow in colour with fresh aromas of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and liimes blended with light aromas of tropical fruit such as pineapple. The citrus and tropical fruit reappear on the fresh and juicy palate along with light notes of walnuts and chestnuts. This is a nicely balanced wine with a good finish, the perfect partner to shellfish and thai cuisine.
