The colour is light pale green with brilliant green hues. The bouquet shows a complex and intense mixture of aromas - limes, lemons, oriental spice, and orange blossom. Typical of the Clare Riesling style, the primary fruit flavours are lifted and enhanced by flinty/wet slate aromas. The palate shows elegance and finesse in true Clare Valley Riesling style.
