The color is pale straw with brilliant green hues. The nose has a complex and intense mixture of fruits - citrus, papaw, mangoes and golden apples. The primary fruit flavours are integrated with malty cashew nut oak and subtle malolactic fermentation butteriness. Austere yet flavoursome describes the tightness of the palate. Intense lime and grapefruit of the front palate changing into a mixture of citrus and pears, which lingers on the back palate well after the wine is swallowed.
