50% Moschofiero, 30% Chard, 10% Roditis, 10% Savatiano. Crisp apple & citrus flavors, with a bit of wildflower (supposedly from the Savatiano); quite dry. Would be perfect w/spanokopita or refreshing counterpart to a rich dish like moussaka or Aegean shrimp w/tomatoes, feta, and olive oil. Excellent cheese & cracker wine. Makes me want to reread John Fowles's "The Magus."
