Winemaker's Notes:
Stefano Perrone has made his sensational Bigaro cuvée since 2001. A translucent ruby in color, it is a blend of Moscato and Brachetto. The Brachetto not only gives the wine its beautiful color, but it shifts the flavors from tropical fruits in the direction of red fruits. The wine is vinified in exactly the same way as Perrone's Moscato and is comparable in its residual sugar level, low alcohol, and creamy bubbles. It is sensational with sorbets and hazelnut and chestnut desserts.
