The Elementos range comes from vines nutured in the foothills of the Andes and are blended by 'flying winemaker' Peter Bright. The Argentinian climate is well suited to growing international grape varieties alongside national varieties, which is shown here in this Shiraz Malbec. Almost full-bodied, this rich, concentrated red is packed full of ripe summer fruits and berries. This wine will benefit from being given time to breathe and would be ideal with steak or any roasted red meat.
