El Toqui Cabernet Sauvignon Cachapoal Valley Reserva 2004

Member Review by StillLearning:

This was an accidental find at a holiday dinner last week. I don't know all the proper terminology but it was a good wine. Little bit of sweetness, yet oaky. I discovered Snooth while trying to find out where I could buy this wine on-line.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
