The 2003 El Puntido is similarly styled but built more for the long haul than the 2002. It has splendid aromas and layered, sweet, intense fruit and flavors with greater depth and breadth on the palate. It is a firmer effort which will surely evolve with several additional years of bottle age and drink well through 2025.
