Winemaker's Notes:

Winemaker's Notes This is the first wine from our portfolio to include petite verdot in the blend. Cab sauv is the foundation, infrastructure and driving force of the wine with flavors of dense black fruit and minty plum. Merlot adds a note of spice, incense and licorice while the cab franc brings elevation to the aromas and mocha laced tannins. Finally, petite verdot adds earth and forest floor to the mix. The end result is a very complex wine, yet it is balanced enough for immediate enjoyment.
