Our Pinot Noir is made entirely from Edna Valley grapes harvested from the scenic Paragon and Firepeak vineyards located between Islay Peak and the Edna Valley Vineyard. Several Pinot Noir selections are planted on the rolling hills of these vineyards. The selections include Pommard, Wadenswil, and Mariafeld Pinot Noirs originally from Alsace and Switzerland, as well as three from t h e Burgundy collection at Dijon, France.
