- This medium- to full-bodied wine has bright cherry aromas with a hint of spice, pencil shavings and slight earthiness from our terroir. Fruit flavors and aromas of red cherry, black cherry and red currant are nicely balanced with clove, vanilla and tobacco components from toasted oak. The finish is long and rich with notes of brown sugar and cinnamon. Try this wine with grilled salmon, lamb, pork or veal. Alcohol: 13.9% by volume
