Eder Reserva 2003
Editorial Reviews for Eder Reserva
Black cherry, spice, cookies, gingerbread, toast, licorice, a hint of heat. And vanilla in a slightly heavy, yet typical Reserva nose. Up front this has nice acid and a decent concentration of fruit but it’s neither particularly complex nor intense with modest flavors of polished wood, mint, and backing spice helping to accent the backed cherry fruit. The finish falls flat, lacking structure, focus and length. 86pts
many layers of berry filled fruit in this wine with an underlying earthiness and a little spice, clove, cinnamon, and dark earthy fruit on the palate.
Nose of mature gamey balanced round fruit. Perfectly round tart mellow bright fruit. This wine is at its full potential and doing great.
Fantastic wine for game, stews, and specially a good steak. Definitely one of my favorites.
So good once it hits your lips! The color on this wine is incredible......Nothing short of incredible, especially with Steak.
