Very traiditional in style, the Echeverria expresses savory green pepper, spice and dill notes, overlaid with lush berry and currant fruit flavors. Makes a spectacular pairing with many vegetarian dishes, or anything off the grill.

Compact and herbal on the nose, this has hints of plastic and wet cement. It feels tannic and cheeky, with varietal flavors of tomato, oregano, herb and berry. The finish is lightly herbal and green, with cheek-blasting tannins.
