Echeverria Carmenère 2008
Viña Echeverria is a long established Chilean estate winery fully owned and managed by the Echeverria family. The vineyards and winery are located in the outskirts of the town of Molina, Cuico Valley, the wine heartland of Chile. They produce fine wines with a commitment to quality and excellence. This Carmenere offers up dark chocolate with sweet fruit on the attack and lovely extract with balanced tannins.
Beautiful bold carmenere with a startling beginning and boutiful middle- it's carmenere picked, fermented and presented at it's prime. This is NOT a recork & save for next day wine at all... it is so distinctly decadent that it won't last anyway... WELL DONE & WORTH THE PRICE POINT!
