Ecco Domani Sangiovese Blend Chianti 2007
Ecco Domani Chianti is a clear, ruby-red color, with a deeply fruited bouquet of cherries and fresh red fruit entwined with spicy, peppery notes. This wine is lively and fresh on the palate, with soft, rounded tannins followed by a long, fine finish. The fresh, well-structured character of this wine makes it an ideal complement to all types of pasta, hor deouvres, and red or white meats.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
This wine is fantastic with Veal Scallopini. You'll get no complaints from me on this one.
This wine definitely needs aging. It might be good in several years. It is not very good at the moment.
Chianti, 2007. Pretty rough, a common wine now. might be better in 4-5 years, never great. Another one of those no vineyards deals, blends juices from several unknown sources.
