- Not too bad, Ecco Domani is a very reliable Pinot Grigio. Never following the rules, Agent Blush and I enjoyed this with some pasta with meat balls and peppers. The wine is fresh and light with mellon and pear flavors on the nose, almost no mid-palate and a bit of grassiness on the finish. Hard to beat for the price.
