- EBO MAREMMA 2004 PETRA Ebo is a blend of Sangiovse, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It's almandine ruby with black reflections and almandine rim. The bouquet is muted at first swish, though cherry plum fruit and some cedar do emerge with further swishing, and the cherry gains in intensity with time. On the palate it's full, with powerful cherry fruit that gains direction from some citric acidity, and is supported by smooth sweet tannins that lead into a long clean citric cherry finish.
