The colder you serve this, the more light and crisp it is, like sweet ice and air. The honey stickiness and slight impression of apricot comes out as it warms (or serve room temp in summer if you want more of a thick honey taste). Unbelievably smooth and delicious. One of my favorite wines ever.
I hope I can find a bottle of this somewhere imported in the U.S., as it is from a very small winery I visited when I vacationed in Australia in '08. If you visit the Hunter Valley, do not pass over this winery! It's not pretentious or complex but extremely drinkable.
