Very satisfying. What you want from a Sauv. Blanc. Bight, acidic, classic grassy notes. Ripe fruit. A great food wine.
This would be the model! Great aromas of pear, lemon zest and honeysuckle (with some light notes of fresh grass) are dominating the delicious aromas of this wine. The taste is lightly buttered lemons, but only lightly, it's not over-the-top creamy, which is nice because the acidity of this wine is firm enough to pair with most any meal and yet not astringent so it can be enjoyed on it's own. Recommended!
The nose greets me with a load of green apples and peaches, and a sweet honeysuckle factor that I am definitely a fan of. Flavors of apple and citrus dominate on the palate, and the finish blasts me with a lovely burst of tart fruit. This wine has a nice crisp finish and some good acidity, making it an excellent food wine. I personally enjoyed this wine with saffron risotto and the acidity cut through the creamy risotto very nicely.

The color is a beautiful pale straw with aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and hints of lime. lively tropical citrus flavors fill your mouth on that first sip. The mid palate is clean and satisfying. A long crisp finish with lingering citrus will complete your taste sensation. This wine pairs perfectly with soft cheeses, fish and seafood dishes, grilled vegetables, chicken and those ripe red berry fruits of summer.
