Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

In 1985 BVE was formed by eighty 3rd & 4th generation grape growers who shared a passion for producing fine wines that truly reflected the character of the Barossa Valley. Crafted by the makers of the world recognised BVE E&E Black Pepper Shiraz, E Minor is a tribute to the rich cultural and musical influence of the Barossa Valley Settlers. The 2006 E Minor Shiraz exhibits cherries, dark berry fruit and spice with subtle oak nuances.
