90 points California Grapevine: Medium-light golden yellow; attractive, forward, toasty, lemony, spicy, baked apple aroma; medium-full to full body; plush, fleshy, ripe stone fruit flavors with toasty notes and a slightly creamy mouthfeel; lingering aftertaste. Grapes were from the Ritchie Vineyard. Very highly recommended. 14.2% alcohol; 1,158 cases; 100% barrel fermented; 100% malolactic fermentation; released November 2012. (Dec 2012)
