Due Torri Pinot Grigio Estate Hrzn 2010
A manual harvest was conducted during the first 10 days of September. The grapes were rushed to the nearby cellar immediately after to begin the vinification process. Entire berries were soft-pressed then fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left to rest for a few months then bottled in the early spring following the harvest. It was aged in bottle for a minimum of 2 months prior to release.
