The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant acidity balanced by toasted oak and a rich mouthfeel. The aroma is a combination of ripe melon, Meyer lemon, kiwi, and pineapple complemented by jasmine, honey, thyme, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the flavors are an intriguing mix of tropical and citrus notes with grapefruit, apricot, lemon grass, papaya, and pineapple that linger on the finish.

- Good acidity, nose has tropical fruit. Good acidity to the wine. Addition of semillion rounds out this wine nicely. Long finish but not that sharp crisp Sauvignon Blanc I am used to.

- A nutty character complements the hints of honeysuckle quite nicely. The slight crisp sweetness rounds out the finish very well.

- Just released, this SB is very pale in color. Its got a floral, softly sweet nose. Surprisingly low acid on the attack, some peach and floral flavors. Nice, but its got too much residual sugar for me, I was expecting something racier. Sweet mineral finish. Overall a nice wine, but not the grassy, racy sort, so steer clear if thats your style.
