- The aroma is a medley of fruit: lemon, lime zest, melon, pear, orange blossom, mango and apricot blend beautifully with honey, minerals and green grass. The wine is bright and well balanced with fruit and acidity that are followed by a long, rich, lingering finish. We have found the potential for complementary food-and-wine pairings to be great with a fine Sauvignon Blanc. From the spicy cuisine of Southeast Asia, to the rustic seafood dishes from the south of France, Sauvignon Blanc has a unique versatility, which allows for spontaneity and creativity in the culinary arena.
