- This elegantly balanced wine combines generous fruit-forward structure with age-worthy tannins and a long, satisfying finish. From its layered aromatics to its lush palate of flavors, this wine brings together an array of red and black fruit elements, including red currant, baked plum, blackberry and sweet black cherry. Adding further depth to this core of ripe fruit are notes of vanilla, molasses, allspice, fresh herbs and black olive.

- Super fab CAB. I visited this winery years ago in my more freshman years of wine appreciation and loved the winery as well.

- Blend: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot The 2004 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine with a very smooth entry, excellent balance between oak and fruit, spicy tannins, and a lingering finish. The aroma isdominated by layers of blueberry, fig, and blackberry, accented by violet, spice, and a hint ofbell pepper. The flavors are ripe with cassis, raspberry jam, blackberry, toasted oak, and atouch of dried herbs on the finish.

- Our Estate Grown wines are blended using the best lots of our Estate ranches. In any given harvest we have 30 or more separate lots of Estate wine. With these vineyards, we harvest the grapes at natural maturity, going through vineyard sites several times, picking only the ripe fruit with each pass. The final blend for our Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon is approachable in its youth, with a soft texture and notable finesse, but also has the structure to carry forward for a decade or longer. This is a full-bodied wine with an integrated palate structure, firm ripe tannins, and a lingering finish. read more...
