A bit veggie and smoky berry scents. First flavor is smoky, a little vanilla and cedar middle, and a dry, smoky finish.
This is my favorite Merlot. It got me to rethink my position on Merlot. Very meaty and complex wine, would pair well with a nice slab of Angus Beef.
