Dry Sack Oloroso Dulce Amoroso Medium Dry Sherry Net NV

Winemaker's Notes:

Dry Sack is one of the world's finest Sherries. Full-bodied, with a light yet satisfying taste that is not too dry or sweet, it has a unique versatility and can be enjoyed as the perfect aperitif or paired with food. A caramel and marine nose is filled with cherry and orange fruit; add to that some hints of toffee, almond, chocolate, tar, and flor. The same notes are found in the mouth, plus bitter Sevilla oranges with toffee, caramel, and a dried cherry finish.

Glänzender bernsteinfarbener Wein von einem intensiven Aroma, der an Trockenfrüchte und Nüsse erinnert. Im Gaumen vollmundig, harmonisch, säurearm und mit einer leichten Süße.

Welcome back to the classic off-dry Sherry that helped make the category's reputation. It's amber in color, with toasted almonds, citrus peel and cinnamon on the nose. The mouthfeel is solid and not too overtly sweet, and the finish is coated with burnt brown sugar. Best served on the rocks, or at least with a very good chill. - M.S.

Dry Sack Medium Dry has a light, yet satisfying taste and is best served chilled straight-up, or on the rocks. Full-bodied and lightly sweet, yet crisp, it also pairs well with a variety of foods. Enjoy Dry Sack as a happy hour aperitif, as the prelude to a wonderful meal, or with dinner itself.
