Grape varieties: 90% Zinfandel, 10% Petite Sirah This Old Vine Zinfandel has deep ruby color andintense aromas of blackberry, black cherry andallspice. On the palate, the flavors burst with blueberrypie, vanilla, and dark cherry fruit. The winegains additional balance and strength from itsexcellent acidity and supple tannins, which arewell integrated with French oak. The finish is longand impressive with additional dark fruit flavorsand toasty nuances creating a silky mouthfeel.

Lovely burst of flavor from the first sip to the last. Let it sit for a minute after decanting. Personally, I like it served just below room tempature (I am odd that way).

Every year that they have made this wine it has been fantastic.You can`t go wrong by buying this bottle of wine.Or any thing else from this vineyard.They really make high class great wines.Just look for the ship on the front,and buy it.The old vine zin doesn`t have the ship tho.
