Oaky at first then turning really meaty and smoky with tobacco and tea notes to the dark, brooding fruit. This reveals both sweet ripe fruit and dried fruit notes with a deep mulberry jam tone. Gains a new nuance with each sniff revealing herbs, roast meats, baking spices, dates, cured meats, and a strong black tea top note. A bit matte up front, tight yet not chewy, really elegant and fresh with a suppleness to the wine that belies its power. Fresh and rich with ripe cabernet notes a bit beefy and very black cherry fruited. Nice finish that is really fruit driven yet with emerging complexity and subtle spice tone. This feels very natural yet is big and explosive in the mouth. There’s a lot to this wine. It can compete with wines selling for twice the price! 2011-2025 94pts.

This was tasted at the Snooth Panel Blind Tasting. It was the last wine in the tasting and by this point I wasn't picking up much so I'd need to taste this again to be sure. It had an aroma of tea and cedar. It had a jammy flavor with some spicy but was a bit unbalanced with no finish.
Restrained and super fruity. Delicately refined and not a fault to be seen. Hot damn.
Great color. Crushed red fruit, cassis, violet and anise nose. Big palate with layered smooth fruit. Complex. Great fruit character on finish. Still tight, but great potential here.
Extracted and over the top, but in a very interesting way. I would be very interested to see what this is like in 10 years.
I really did not understand this wine - i found it closed, muted and dumb. Rich and fruity, with rough, disjointed tannins (give it time). There was good structure and I think it will evolve well. Still young, for a wine of that intensity.
