Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

A dark ruby, richly concentrated blend of varietals producing a full bodied wine boasting of ripe blackberry, raspberry, white pepper and creamy oak. The entry is warm intense cab sauv then seamlessly melts into syrah mid palate. The delicate but distinct balance of syrah and cab sauv harmonizes with sweet tannins and opulent fruit producing a full bodied finish that never seems to end.
