When we tasted the Dry Creek Mariner, we were more than impressed by the ample fruit, round mouth feel, and balanced tannin and oak character. A blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cab Franc.

Winemaker's Notes:

The Mariner presents enticing aromas with deep vibrant hues of attractive red fruits. Aromas are dominated by cassis and dark cherry, toasted vanilla oak, hints of creme brulee and notes of espresso. On the palate, the flavors are harmonious and supple with blackberry and sweet black cherry combining with a toasty complexity. The tannins are fine and grainy, lending excellent structure to this wine. The finish is long and lingering with a charming flavor profile that entices one for another sip.

43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc
