- This is our inaugural offering in Chardonnay from the Russian River appellation. Rich and succulent, the wine displays aromas of fresh mango and papaya blanketed in vanilla tones of oak. Peach and crisp apple are the predominant fruit flavors mingled with undertones of butterscotch and light oak. The acid structure is sufficient for additional bouquet development accompanied by a viscous mouthfeel and lingering finish. Serve at cellar temperature and enjoy with shellfish or cream based poultry dishes.
