White wine grape, lightly sparkling, pale yellow in color with aromas of white flowers. Crisp with apple-pear flavors. In Venice, locals begin their mornings with a shot of Presecco and an espresso.
Tight bubbles, almost frothy. Wonderful to drink from start to finish and it works beautifully for a birthday toast! If you like your whites dry, this bubbly is a bargain. Very festive!
Delightful body, dry, smooth finish, no fruit-blast afterbite and tones of minerals and salts on the palate. We enjoyed this in Venice apired with a risotto al funghi and a tagliatelle, and look forward to finding it in Toronto.
