Dròmos IGT Maremma Tuscany 2003

Ruby red color,almost impentrable, with deep violet nuances. The bouquet has an intense note of ripe blackberries;slightly spiced with a very nice chocolate finish; excellent balance of vanilla notes due to a perfect fining period in French barrique. Lively and soft tannins;sensation if velvety sweetness blended at the end with a lively acidity confirming the ageing potential.

An intense and complex wine. Soft tannins in balance with a lively acidity. deep red, elegance in the bouquet is found as well on the palate. an explosion of blackberries with a long finsih going from chocolate to tobacco.
