Much to be liked. Very dry and straight taste. The Pinot Noir defenately leaves its marks on the tongue. At first very very dry, but after a while the palate opens to some more subtle sensations. in one word a Tight sensation. Good Price/quality value. (in Belgium)


Winemaker's Notes:

For lovers of pure sensation, we have created a 100% Pinot Noir cuvee, a 100% first pressing as is always the case in the Drappier house, but with no dosage. In face no liqueur d'expedition (sugared liqueur) has been added. All that remains is the natural residual sugar amounting to 2 grams per bottle. In addition, the use of an absolutely minimal quantity of sulphur gives the wine total freedom to express itself.

Tasting Notes:

Its color is ruby gold with coppery reflections, the mousse is barely exuberant but vivacious. The nose is of freshly pressed black grapes, the aromas of citrus and red fruits. Ample in the mouth with a flavor of peach of the vines and a bouquet of aromatic herbs, Straight, lively wine without dryness. Excellent persistence on lightly spicy notes. The original Champagne, a natural pleasure.
