Light in body, bright and lively, crisp and dry, but still with enough residual sugar to keep sweet Riesling lovers happy. Lingers nicely, and definitely delivers above the cost!

A hint of petrol on the green apple nose - almost like freshly cut Granny Smith your Mother put out for summer lunches. Upon entry, there are citrus and malic flavors in abundance. The wine is tart and just a touch off-dry with a refeshing, bracing finish. For such a modest product, quality is very good and aging to 2015 a distinct possiblity - for those who can wait. Good value.

Straw-honey bright, aromas of yellow stone fruits and honey; rich flavor notes of peach, apricot and mineral over a viscous body driven by bright acids to a long finish. Terrific value.

My Rating 90: This wine which cost about $ 9 at Costco is a bargain for German Wines. I'm not a fan of White wines as my ratings reveal but this was delightful. The nose is very well balanced and fruity. The body also is balanced with strong fruit and an not to overwhelming sweet taste . Alcohol content is 9% what indicates what the rest sugar might be. This is a normal Riesling so don't expect the flavor of a Spaetlese with there slightly rotten berry taste, which the specialist calls "Edelfaehle". I don't smell either Apricot nor Peach. If I want to smell this I rather buy a Peach/ Apricot wine directly. The previous rating must have been put in by the importer. Touch of honey nonsense it is just a slight sweetness. Try it yourself!!!
