Despite this winersquo;s light color, it carries a lot of flavor intensity. Cherry cola aromas gradually give way to coffee, caramel and bitter chocolate notes. Crisp acidity brings all the flavors together, forming a firm backbone mdash; it will be interesting to see if this is one Finger Lakes Pinot that can age.

Showing well despite its age, with good black cherry, toast and spice notes. Slightly firm finish, but the fruit hangs on well enough. Drink now.
