Toast and butterscotch flavors lead the way in this relatively full-bodied wine, featuring a fine array of crisp apple, peach, pear, melon and citrus notes. Long and full on the finish.

Smooth, rounded and delicate, with tastes of pears and vanilla. A wine made in the Burgundy tradition, it has an elegant balance of fruit and acidity commingled with oak complexity. It will accompany a broad array of foods.

Creamy vanilla oak mixes pleasantly with pineapple-fruit aromas. Pineapple and citrus flavors carry through the medium-length finish. Lots of oak, but there's enough fruit to provide balance; it just needs a year or so to knit together.

Starts with crisp apples, followed by rich core fruit with melon highlights, full body and a long finish with muted spice flavors.

This winery was founded by Dr. Konstantin Frank, the "Father of Vinifera Wine" in the eastern United States. The wine is an elegant, well-balanced wine displaying pears and apples in both aroma and taste, and a lingering aftertaste. It would enhance shrimp scampi or veal in cream sauce. Enjoy this wine and drink a toast to Dr. Frank!

Made in the Burgundian tradition: smooth, round and delicate, with flavors of pears and vanilla and an elegant balance of fruit and acidity mingled with oak complexity.
