Dr. Konstantin Frank Chardonnay 2007

Member Review by mikeinwny:

This is a great everyday Chardonnay that won't break the bank. The flavors are well balanced and the oak is not overbearing. I tried it Grilled Alaskan Wild Caught King Salmon, which I marinaded in a lemon/dill/garlic marinade, and it complimented the meal very well.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
