Dr. Konstantin Frank Chardonnay 2007
This is a great everyday Chardonnay that won't break the bank. The flavors are well balanced and the oak is not overbearing. I tried it Grilled Alaskan Wild Caught King Salmon, which I marinaded in a lemon/dill/garlic marinade, and it complimented the meal very well.Add winemaker's notes
Dr. Konstantin Frank ignited the “Vinifera Revolution” a movement that forever changed the course of wine growing in the Finger Lakes and the United States. Dr. Frank’s vision, knowledge and determination are credited with elevating the New York wine industry from a state of happy mediocrity to a level that today commands world attention.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
