With a warm nose of dried berries and leafy aromas, this medium-bodied red delights the palate with briar patch-like fruit, and finishes with mouthwatering acidity.
Cabernet Franc has long been my favorite red from New York and Dr Frank’s is a stunning example of this often-forgotten grape. Medium-bodied with good acidity and well-balanced between the herbal and fruity elements. Fresh green pepper and dill mingle with cherry and currant notes making it an excellent choice to pair with any grilled vegetarian dish pork roast or burgers.
