I truly enjoyed the smooth and fruitful flavor of Dr Hermann Riesling. It was a little sweeter than I'm use to but truly a delight. Is it crisp and refreshing and sweet smelling.

Wine Tasting NotesLight yellow green in color. Peach and citrus fragrance with mineral notes on the nose. Light, clear and fruity in the mouth, some herbal and mineral notes, fine acidity, a touch of tannin, but very harmonious, lingers on with a pleasant finish. This Riesling is a perfect match for delicate spicy dishes.

Vintage: 2007 01/18/2009

Wine Tasting NotesLight yellow green in color. Scent of spices and stone fruits with some notes of red berries. It is bright and fresh with some residual sugar. Fine acidity with some delicate honey notes and a long spicy finish. The refined spices from this wine makes it an ideal companion for Asian spicy dishes. This Kabinett is best consumed when young and fresh.
