Tasted at the Wine Century annual dinner: Off dry but not overpowering at all. Rather well balanced floral and surprisingly mineral wine. Nice. Serve with asian/ spicy foods

Full of grassy, grapefruit driven fruit with spicy notes, strawberries, a bit of white pepper; long and graceful, finishes well.
