After two years in oak and a year of bottle aging, the 2003 Napa Cabernet is our second 100% Cabernet and is one we are very proud of. 70% of the grapes came from the valley floor Rutherford Del Bondio vineyard. 30% came from the Moore vineyard in the eastern Napa Valley hills. It's concentrated, chewy and with unmistakable raspberry and Rutherford dust. This wine is well balanced (sort of a signature for us) with a tannic structure to make this one quite ageworthy. This is a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcohol: 14.1% Winemaker: Randy Mason Production: 900 cases
