Yellow color. Strong bouquet with smoked flavors and fruity notes (dried fruits and white fruits like peach, mirabelle plum. Round and soft, well balanced, without heaviness . With honey and wax aromas. nice freshness on the aftertaste. A nice dry Pinot Gris with enjoyable fruit and good ageing potential.

86 PTS WILFRED WONG. The '06 Dopff & Irion Tokay Pinot Gris is a class example of appellation; offers tart fruit and light mineral notes; finishes with crisp, citrus acidity.
