Anthilia ein fruchtiger weißer Individualist aus Ansonica und Catarratto, rund und elegant. Schöne, gelbe Farbe. Im Bouquet Noten von gelben Pfirsichen, Pflaumen und Anklänge an Blumen der mediterranen Macchia. Am Gaumen verschmelzen Würze und Weichheit zu einem angenehmen, schmeichelnden Unisono.Feine Säure, aromatisch, ausladend, breit, mundfüllend frisch mit angenehmem, fruchtigem Nachhall.

Ein imposanter Rotwein, klassisch gekeltert mit entrappten Trauben. Der volle, nachhaltige Duft erinnert an rohes Obst. Harmonisch im Geschmack. Rubinrot mit lebhaften granatfarbenen Reflexen. Im intensiven olfaktorischen Ansatz Akzente von Tabak, Gewürzen und mineralische Noten. Das ausgewogene, von roten Früchten geprägte Geschmacksbild beeindruckt am Gaumen mit Brombeer- und Weichseltönen und klingt in einem Finale von guter Länge aus.

Winemaker's Notes:

The grapes are harvested at night in August. The must, obtained by soft pressing, is fermented at controlled temperatures and matured ‘sur lies’ for 5-6 months, half in small cement tanks and half in French oak (barriques and tonneaux of Burgundy). Aged in bottles for at least 24 months before its release to the market

A wine with personality and elegance, it combines power and softness. Aromas of ripe yellow fruit, especially apples, and notes of peaches and vanilla fused with peanut butter. The flavour is round and mouth-filling. An imposing structure with a perfect balance of acidity and flavour. Excellent ageing potential.
