Tasting Notes: Organoleptic info:: Well defined varietal, with the excellency of the great Hispanic red wines, successfully developed in San Juan because of the magic of its soils and the pure environment. Lively, intense red coloured. In the nose, fruity aromas emerge, in good balance with ageing notes such as vanilla, chocolate and spices. Pairing: This wine goes well with grilled red meats, pasta with res sauces and mushrooms. Serving Temperature: 18° to 16° C.
