Tasting Notes: Organoleptic info:: Well defined varietal, with the excellency of the great Hispanic red wines, successfully developed in San Juan because of the magic of its soils and the pure environment. Lively, intense red coloured. In the nose, fruity aromas emerge, in good balance with ageing notes such as vanilla, chocolate and spices. Pairing: This wine goes well with grilled red meats, pasta with res sauces and mushrooms. Serving Temperature: 18° to 16° C. Percentage Grape: 100% Tempranillo Soil: Sandy clayey and stony soil Growing Climate: Few annual rains, irrigation from the Andean snowfields, sandy clayey and stony soil, plenty of shine and a wide range of temperature between day and night Date of Harvest: March, second fortnight Type of Harvest: Manually in 20kgs plastic boxes Age of Barrel: 1st and 2nd use Type of Wood: 80% French Oak, 20% American Oak Extract: 31,84 Color Intensity: Intense red coloured Bottle Type: Punt bottle Alcohol Percentage: 13.7 % PH: 3,6 Aging Time: 9 months Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 6,52 g/l in Tartaric Acid Cork Material: Plastic
