Dona Sol is a wine produced by the Bronco Wine company in California. The value-driven portfolio consists of the single varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, a White Zinfandel blush wine and a red blend.
Very light and smooth chardonnay.
My husband and I recently went to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. We had dinner and watched the Yankees/Rays game in the bar area of the famous Anchor Bar - home of ALL Buffalo chicken wings. I ordered their house Chardonnay and it was Dona Sol Chardonnay. Didn't get the vintage, but it was wonderful. Ended up having 3 glasses. I can't find it here in Florida, so I will be ordering it online. Buttery, smooth and very good. Great for dinner or just sipping. Thanks, Anchor Bar, for this wonderful find!
